October 2007 - Exclusive footage from the 2007 Four Nations Powerlifting Championships, being held in Livingston, Scotland.

 

4th Quarter 2007 - Team Riot gym sessions, (delayed broadcast), with Q&A in our chat room during the broadcast, hints and tips from our community and advice on techniques and form from Paul Swinton.  This event may run weekly or fortnightly.

 

4th Quarter 2007 - Delayed Broadcast of the 'Unit 20 Strength Challenge' event, taking place in Dalmeny, Scotland.

 

Throughout 2008 - Riot TV will be covering events throughout the strength and conditioning community, with live or delayed feeds from a large number of events around the country.
