15/01/10 Mastrick Gym

Squat: 35 x 110kg (think this is a PB. In fact, it definitely is but mainly by virtue that I don't do 35 reps very often!)

Incline log press: 8 x 90kg, 4 x 100kg

Football-bar supported rows: 12 x 100kg, 7 x 110kg

Chins: 12 x bodyweight

Leg curls: 20 x 50kg, 12 x 60kg

Bodyweight: 111.0kg - got to start keep an eye on this - creeping up!

Weighted dips: 12 x +40kg, 4 x +60kg

Bench press: 10 x 100kg (this was really tough after the dips!)

Trap-bar deadlift: 12 x 170kg

Bicep curls: 12 x 45kg

Leg press: 12 x 380kg

Bodyweight: 109.75kg

Trap-bar deadlift: 10 x 180kg

Weighted dips: 5 x +60kg, 10 x +40kg

Bicep curls: 10 x 45kg

Leg press: 20 x 340kg - pretty easy really, heavier next week!

Pull-ups: 12 x bodyweight

Chins: 10 x bodyweight

All-in-all, not a bad session since I've not been in the gym for 2 weeks!

Bodyweight = 109.75kg

Squat: 20 x 120kg - heart just wasn't in it; there was more in the tank but couldn't push through the pain

Bench: 14 x 100kg, 4 x 120kg

Leg extension: 15 x 120kg

Bent-over rows: 12 x 110kg

Leg Curls: 15 x 60kg

Pull-ups: 11 x bodyweight

Dumb-bell shoulder press: 14 x 31kg

Bit of a lame one but last week was pretty tough with my work taking me all over the country.

Weighted dips: 7 x +45kg

'Iron cross' press-ups: 10 x +48kg chains

Weighted dips: 12 x +20kg

Bicep curls: 9 x 50kg, 5 x 55kg

Leg press: 15 x 380kg, 10 x 420kg - first set felt pretty easy and second set not too hard either - more to come!

Bent-over rows: 10 x 120kg, 12 x 100kg

Dumb-bell shoulder press: 8 x 36kg, 5 x 36kg

Pull-ups: 10 x bodyweight

Chins: 10 x bodyweight

Leg extension: 16 x 120kg

Blue-band deadlift: 3 x 140kg, 3 x 150kg, 3 x 160kg (felt surprisingly good, especially after high rep stiff-leg set on Friday)

Bench: 3 x 130kg, 3 x 135kg, 2 x 140kg, 15 x 100kg

Leg extension: 12 x 120kg, 13 x 120kg

Barbell bicep curls: 6 x 50kg, 12 x 40kg
