Hey guys,
I'm new to riot training. My friend and lifting partner, Hamish Moir, told me about this site. I'm currently training for strength and power. Trying to add greater overall pounds to the lifts like the rest of you, I assume. I'll be attemping a power lifting meet Jan. 30 in California, deadlifting portion only. I'm currenlty training under the Westside Barbell routine. Two maximum effort days/week and two speed days/week. Hoping to see some good gains and stay as injury free as possible. Cheers to the rest of you and good luck with your training.
- Andrew
If any of you have any insights or comments please shoot me a word. I'm posting my workouts on the journal site. All the best. |

| Never noticed this post of yours Andrew! But, welcome nonetheless! Willie will be able to give you a lot of good advice on power training routines - he's more up on the theory than I am! Cheers! |
